**Improvement & Innovation Advisor**

- Based in Gippsland, Latrobe Regional Health are looking for an Improvement & Innovation Advisor to join our Quality & Innovation team on a
- **full time, ongoing **basis.- The Quality & Innovation team strives to improve our patient experience and outcomes through quality improvement and education in response to identified risks and consumer feedback.- We are a fun and supportive team that challenges the status quo, thinks outside the square and strives for excellence on a daily basis- The Improvement & Innovation Advisor is expected to facilitate the breakthrough of ideas into new and productive workplace practice by empowering, supporting and personally motivating teams and services toward the achievement of high levels of performance.**LRH employees enjoy access to**:
