The **Future Generation Joint Venture** brings together the combined engineering experience and expertise of WeBuild, Clough and Lane and has been selected to design construct **Snowy 2.0**. This project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW and will deliver one of the largest pumped hydro schemes in the world.

**Purpose of the Role**:

- The purpose of the Quality Coordinator is to ensure, in coordination with Construction / Quality departments, that the works is carried out in accordance to specification and that NCRs and LOTS are properly closed.**Qualifications**:

- Tertiary Qualifications or related discipline such as, Lead auditor - preferred not required
- White Card
- ISO 9001 / 2015

**Experience**:

- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience working in the Construction Industry in a similar role - preferred
- Experience working on large scale construction projects or other suitable projects works
- Experience in the development and implementation of process maps and management system documents
- Experience in configuring and implementation of Quality Managements Systems

**Required Competencies**:

- Demonstrate initiative and creative problem-solving skills
- Self motivated.
- Ability to implement and follow through on multiple issues and to achieve productive results
- Sound interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Suitable software skills and competencies necessary to deliver the business process framework elements with the ability to use or learn Glaass, Aconex, and MS Office programs
- The ability to interact at all levels of the operation with good verbal and written communication skills

**Core Accountabilities and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the compilation of construction quality records and MDRs, together with Quality department
- Participating in the site assurance process to measure and report compliance to contract requirements
- Document creation, implementation and control
- Assisting to close NCRs
- Consulting on Construction Action Plan/Report
