Administrative Appeals Tribunal

**Tribunal Services Officer**:
Melbourne VIC, Brisbane QLD, Canberra ACT, Perth WA
- We are looking for enthusiastic individuals that can exhibit a “can do” attitude with the ability to work efficiently and effectively on their own and as part of a team and are able to be flexible in meeting changing priorities and workloads in a fast-paced work environment.- The key duties of the position include:

- **Hearing support**:Support Tribunal hearings including by providing preliminary information to participants, facilitating oaths and affirmations, and operating telephone, video conferencing and recording technology.
- ** User engagement**:Liaise with users of the Tribunal’s services in relation to cases before the Tribunal and provide accurate procedural information. Undertake general front of house receptionist duties.

- Australian citizenship as a condition of engagement. All employees are required to undertake an Australian Federal Police Check and a health assessment.Notes-
