Maintenance Planner

We are seeking a focused, motivated, and energetic individual for the fulltime role of Maintenance Planner to join our friendly team. The salary offered is between $70,000.00 and $85,000.00 based on experience.

**The key responsibilities for this position include**:

- Communication between the service manager, field operatives and administration.
- Ensure the service team is working efficiently.
- Responding to incoming breakdown requests.
- Scheduling and prioritising client breakdown requests.
- Scheduling and allocation of maintenance portfolios.
- Analysing issues and assisting customers.
- Raising and closing job orders.
- Allocating spare parts and invoicing.
- Liaising with internal and external customers Scheduling and allocation of maintenance portfolios.
- Handling escalations.
- Scheduling and prioritizing client breakdown requests.

**Requirement / Qualifications**:

- To be considered for the role you will need:

- Minimum 2 years relevant experience.
- Previous experience with Simpro or similar software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Punctual and reliable with a pro-active attitude.
- Excellent organisational skills (multi-skilling).
- Be proficient in the use of web-based software and Microsoft Office products.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bayswater, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
