**About the role**

We are looking for a Head Corporate Governance Risk and Compliance to be responsible for the development and implementation of Corporate Governance, Fraud and Corruption Control, Enterprise Risk Management and Record Management Services across eHealth NSW.

Reporting to the Director of Finance, you will enjoy engaging with the Executive Management Team/Board at eHealth and your team.

- Demonstrate a collaborative and team-centric approach.
- A natural leader with the proven ability to motivate people and deliver results.
- Review of Risks, Governance and Compliance on major Technology Projects in a leading corporate governance, performance management, and records management function in a large complex service environment, including relevant qualifications.
- Proven analytical skills including the ability to analyse and interpret complex information from numerous sources, proactively prepare and present analysis and formulate strategic, business focused solutions at an Executive and Board Level.
- Proven achievement in the development and successful implementation of strategic initiatives, including the capability to plan, manage change, strategically improve performance and manage multiple projects.

All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations.
