There are currently vacancies in Production for both day (6am-6pm) and night (6pm-6am) shifts that operate Monday to Thursday. All positions are full-time, permanent, offering competitive remuneration. Main key responsibilities include:

- Operating and Monitoring Production Machinery: As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for operating and overseeing various types of machinery used in the manufacturing process. Your expertise in handling and maintaining the equipment will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient production of building materials.
- Ensuring Quality and Safety Standards: Our client prioritises delivering top-notch building materials to our customers. As part of the production team, you will closely follow established quality control procedures to ensure that each product meets the required specifications.
- Performing Routine Inspections and Preventive Maintenance: To minimize downtime and productivity, you will conduct routine inspections of machinery and equipment. Identifying and reporting any potential issues early can prevent major breakdowns and ensure the smooth operation of the production process.
- Collaborating with Team Members: Effective teamwork is where success is built on. As a valued member of our production team, your communication and collaboration with fellow workers, supervisors, and other departments will be essential for seamless workflow and problem-solving. Sharing insights and ideas can lead to process improvements and increased efficiency.
- Maintaining a Clean and Organised Work Area: We take pride in a clean and safe work environment. As a Production team member, you will contribute to this by keeping your workstation tidy, ensuring materials and tools are properly stored, and removing any potential hazards from the area.

Qualifications:

- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a Monday to Thursday schedule.
- Strong work ethic with a commitment to punctuality and attendance.
- Excellent attention to detail and a dedication to producing high-quality products.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physically demanding tasks.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new processes and techniques.
- Team player mentality with effective communication skills.
