**THE ROLE**

A crucial role for the business, you will sit within a wider People and Culture team and report directly into the Head P&C. Working collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organisation, this role will see you responsible for the creation, design and delivery of training material in order to scale and grow business capabilities with a focus on contact-centre employees. A strategic and hands-on role which will grow in line with the organisation, this is a truly fantastic opportunity to add value within a leading NFP

**THE DUTIES**
- Design, develop and deliver training strategy and learning roadmaps across systems, process, and customer service (via a train the trainer model)
- Develop and deliver quality training programs and resources, building competency for employees within a call-centre environment
- Responsible for the ongoing assessment of training needs and learning priorities

**THE IDEAL CANDIDATE**

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced L&D Manager who thrives in taking ownership, building capabilities and delivering within a fast paced environment. A thorough understanding of L&D within a call-centre environment is essential. You will be creative in nature, adaptable with a hands-on approach and have excellent communication skills.
- Experience working as an L&D professional within contact centre environments is essential
- Experience in creating a wide variety of training assets including Train the Trainer guides, training packs, Work Instructions, eLearning modules and videos
- Exceptional engagement, collaboration and communication acumen, with the ability to influence across multiple stakeholder groups
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
- Previous experience in a non-profit and/or healthcare organisation highly desirable
