About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team at Ventia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, reporting and monitoring planned maintenance works in an efficient manner, consistent with contractual targets throughout South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager in planning discussions with clients;
  • Looking for ways to improve the Planning process, including the use of technology;
  • Implementing and maintaining necessary planning and procedures to ensure all planned work meets or exceeds timeframes, deadlines and budgeted margins;
  • Planning of works to align with allocated budget and hours to meet future requirements;
  • Staying up-to-date with current and long-term outages;

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will need experience in planning work orders and looking ahead across an asset maintenance contract. You should also have experience in corrective, preventative and planned works, as well as computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS) such as Mainpac, Maximio and similar. Power BI skills are advantageous, as is a C-Class driver's licence.
