We are seeking a proficient individual with expertise in Xero and preferably prior experience in the Construction industry to join our close-knit team. As the Admin/Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for a range of essential duties, including:

- Managing reception duties_
- Handling phone calls_
- Maintaining office registers and taking uniform stock inventory_
- Uploading supplier dockets and invoices onto Xero_
- Handling construction invoicing for accounts payable_
- Ensuring effective credit control for accounts receivable_

**Requirements: Proven Accounts Experience, Efficency in Office 365, Xero Experience,**
