Our client is a well established, full service law firm with over 120 years experience in the Perth legal game. With a large presence in property, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced professional to join their Property & Leasing division. The role is based out of their state-of-the-art CBD office, with a hybrid working option if this is suited to you.
As a Paralegal within this team, you will assist the lawyers and wider team with preparation of leasing documentation and leasing matters for landlord clients from instruction through to completion. Ideally you will have had exposure to commercial property leases, strong administration skills and posses high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

**Roles & responsibilities**:

- Preparation and drafting of commercial and retail leasing documents.
- Proactive management of lease transaction files.
- Update client databases.
- Identify and implement improvements to the Leasing Management System.
- Cary out searches (Landgate, ASIC etc).
- Prepare final documents for execution.
- Liaising with landlords and property agents throughout the lease negotiation process; liaising with third party contractors and suppliers
- General support to the wider Property & Leasing team.
- Adhoc administration.

- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite & Adobe.
- Experience in commercial lease administration including working knowledge of leases, property management and reporting system - highly desirable.
