**Service Coordinator/Spare Parts Interpreter - NSW**

**Position: Service Coordinator/Spare Parts Interpreter**
**Location: Northmead NSW**
**Job Type: Full time**
**Starting Time: ASAP**
**Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday 8AM-04:30PM**
**Pay: $60,000 - $65,000/annum plus Super & OT**

**About the role**
Conveniently based in our Sydney Branch at Northmead, we are looking for a Service
Coordinator /Spare Parts Interpreter to join our team of staff responsible for maintaining and repairing our customer’s machine tools.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting customers, sales staff, workshop/technicians with spare parts determination.
- General administration and housekeeping of spare parts.
- Liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
- Respond to web sales enquiries for parts, service & warranty.
- Assisting with incoming parts processing and warehouse stock audits.
- Maintenance of sales & work orders.
- Able to work under pressure and adhere to time frames.
- Diagnosing customer issues over the phone.
- Consult with Service Manager regarding service jobs.
- Arrange onsite jobs for technicians

**Requirements**:

- Previous parts interpretation experience.
- Good knowledge of equipment used in the metal working & wood working industry.
- Strong attention to detail combined with exceptional customer service & communication skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Ability to work in a team & multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Exceptional organisational experience.
