Beverage Quality Maintenance Technician

CCEP Australia has an exciting opportunity for a Quality Maintenance Technician to join our inclusive and collaborative team in Northmead, NSW. This full-time Quality Maintenance role comes with a great salary package and some excellent benefits. Reporting to the National Quality Manager-Equipment & Services, you will lead our Quality Maintenance Program (QMP) throughout McDonald's sites across NSW.

  About the Role

In your first few weeks in this full-time Quality Maintenance Technician role, you can expect to:

• Provide Quality Maintenance to McDonald's sites daily
• Implement McDonald's projects, providing feedback on quality issues, data integrity and invoicing in relation to their equipment and quality results
• Conduct equipment repairs efficiently
• Use only the appropriate and necessary parts to repair equipment.

About You

This exciting Quality Maintenance Technician role requires a candidate with a passion for customer service and advanced knowledge of cold drink equipment and beverage systems. The role entails an amount of regional travel with overnight stays, so the ability to work independently is highly desirable. You will also need to be self-motivated, enthusiastic, and able to drive continuous improvement. We are looking for the following skills & experience:

• Confident communication abilities with all levels of stakeholders.
• Build and maintain effective professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Proven ability to problem solves and make quick decisions under time constraints.
• Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise multiple initiatives / resources.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic with an ability to be flexible and responsive under pressure.
• Sound understanding of SAP systems.        
• Refrigeration or Electrical
• Parts management
• Beverage (Postmix & Frozen) dispenser knowledge
• Beverage Systems and design
• Co2 Reg board compliance testing
