**About the role**

The NSW Department of Customer Service (DCS) is seeking a Principal Change Lead to join a team providing organisational (people) change management services across the Department.

This is a hands-on and varied role that provides the opportunity to lead the design and delivery of change management initiatives on programs of work impacting divisions across the Department.

You will have experience in delivering end-to-end change, analysing and managing impacts and capability requirements, partnering with and understanding the needs of a diverse range of stakeholders, developing and delivering change approaches and planning and creating communications.

For this role we are specifically seeking a change practitioner with a strong background in ICT and digital implementations and a proven track record supporting large scale ICT programs. A good working knowledge of project management will be beneficial as you can expect to be working closely alongside project / program managers on these initiatives.

- At least five years demonstrated experience leading transformational ICT change management initiatives in complex organisational environments.
- Strong contemporary knowledge of best practice change management approaches and tools.
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to write and develop professional communications materials supporting change initiatives.
- A flexible and agile mindset with the ability to manage multiple and changing priorities.
- Experience partnering with project teams to successfully deliver projects and maintain momentum in the delivery of change.
- Capability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal and external stakeholders.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role starting at $145378 base plus superannuation
