We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in the role of Centre Management Administration/Support. As a family-owned leading neighbourhood shopping centre provider, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming environment for our valued customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of the shopping centres
- Assist in managing tenant relations and coordinating communication between tenants and management
- Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Conduct regular centre/asset inspections to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Provide leasing support, lease administration in compliance with The Retail Shop Leases Act
- Produce, assess, and comprehend reports relevant to the retail industry

**Requirements**:

- Strong self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a small team
- Previous retail experience and/or within a shopping centre management team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with tenants and customers
- Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Valid driver's license
- Demonstrated exceptional work ethical and reliability
- Demonstrated discretion dealing with confidential information
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Progen
- Commitment to a long-term position within our organization

**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
