**The interview**:
Two-stage process. Teams followed up with an in-person interview. The team's chat is to find out your background, what interests you and what motivates you. The second stage is a more technical discussion. A discussion about specific projects you’ve had experience in and how you implemented them, from start to finish.

**The role**:

- Helpdesk support ranging from level 1 to level 2 tickets.
- Active Directory, group policy.
- Good understanding of DNS, DHCP, Routing, and Switches.
- Cloud technologies (Azure / M365).
- VOIP - 3CX (support and maintain).
- Onsite visits (must be able to drive).
