About The Role
As one of the Mobile Plant Maintenance Planners on site at Mount Pleasant, you will work as part of the wider maintenance planning team towards delivering a high quality maintenance plan. In the role, you will be responsible for providing maintenance planning and scheduling capability in support of maintenance activities for the mobile plant and Light Vehicle fleet. This includes Caterpillar trucks, graders, dozers and loaders. You will also be responsible for the management of equipment maintenance systems to ensure the reliable and productive operation of heavy equipment.
**In this role you will**:
Effectively plan machine maintenance to ensure maximum availability and reliability
Ensure statutory compliance of mobile fleet
Monitor site machine health systems
Monitor and maintain machine oil samples
Develop and strengthen key internal and external stakeholder relationships
Continuously identify areas for improvement and innovation
About You
**To be considered for this role you are required to have**:
Relevant trade or mechanical engineering qualifications
Experience in maintenance planning highly regarded
Five years maintenance experience
Experience in plant management and document control systems is desirable
Knowledge of maintenance and planning systems
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Experience in use of maintenance tools i.e. JDE
