**The Role**

Subsea 7 has been a leader in the delivery of offshore projects and services in the energy industry for over 45 years in Australia and is one of the world’s largest offshore EPCI contractors - including offshore wind and renewables.

We are seeking an experienced Project Materials Coordinator who will be responsible for the coordination, tracking and the follow up of all equipment, material and consumables used for Project execution. The role is based in our Perth head office with some assignments abroad as required. You’re expected to contribute to creating a positive HSEQ culture within Subsea7 and ensure familiarity with and adherence to local HSEQ codes and practices.

This role will require travel to site for short trips.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the identification and the tracking of all equipment, material & consumables used for and during the Project.
- Liaise with all parties within the project to consolidate, update and follow the Master Material List.
- Ensure all parties are informed in due time of the flow of materials.
- Provide on a regular basis, the Master Material List and report through the list of any delays, dysfunctions, or particulars which could affect the project.
- Liaise with countries, ships and barge organisations for tracking all movements and storages.
- Ensure that all paper works necessary for identification, clearance, and transportation such as cargo manifest, packing list, air way bill, material certificate and dangerous goods declaration, are available to local countries organisations and to Project’s entities.
- Support the issue of a comprehensive & exhaustive demobilisation plan in close co-ordination with OPS Logistics and PMT.
- Liase with Field Engineers and/or Project Engineers, that equipment material & remaining consumables are demobilised as planned.

**To be successful in this role, you will have**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other standard office software is a must.
- Excellent communications skills.
- Good knowledge of spoken and written English mandatory.
- Preferably, experience in a similar position (logistics, store keeping, inventory control and material control task).
- Preferably, experience in Oil and Gas business with awareness of subsea equipment
