**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Recently we have secured a number of Greenfields Construction projects and are looking for a
**Civil Project Coordinator** to take lead in the minor projects space. This role will be a permanent position based in Perth with opportunity to travel on an ad hoc basis each month to coordinate minor projects, or flexibly on an 8/6 roster to our major projects.

Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating full project lifecycles as they are awarded, from tendering to execution, through to final completion of projects. Your responsibilities will include:

- Complete detailed methodologies and schedules.
- Review scopes of work to ensure it is reflected in pricing and project execution.
- Evaluate pricing, quotes, and estimates from subcontractors and suppliers.
- Review commercial, contracts and scope departures.
- Oversee project deliverables for site execution including workpacks, QAQC documentation, execution methodologies and schedules.
- Coordinate procurement of materials relevant to the scope in line with budgets.
- Requesting quotes from and managing sub-contractors relevant to the project.
- Maintain, track and report on project progress and performance.
- Liaise closely with clients, Warrikal management and all other project staff.
- Prepare Microsoft Project schedules and work to tight deadlines and budgets.
- Attend regular project meetings on site as required.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum tertiary qualification in Engineering, preferable Civil.
- At least 5+ years’ experience with civil project works in the mining sector as a Project Engineer.
- Must have experience from tendering through to project execution.
- Autonomous worker who can adapt and work flexibly with business requirements.
- Willingness to travel on an ad hoc basis and be eligible to access client sites.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal employees.
- Proficient in the full MS Office Suite and MS Projects.
