**Your responsibilities will include**:

- A diverse and dynamic leadership position, The Talent Solutions Manager is responsible for the development and delivery of talent related strategies, planning and activities across the APAC Region. As key business partner you will also engage senior stakeholders including Vice Presidents and business leaders in a consultative and strategic capacity to ensure that they have the right people, in the right place, at the right time. We are experiencing considerable growth and as such this position is critical in our success.**Responsibilities will include (but not be limited to)**:

- Responsible and accountable for the delivery of the Talent Strategy for region/program across the employee lifecycle - including Workforce planning, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Critical Skill Capability and Early Careers.
- Lead a high performing team of Talent Acquisition leads and Strategic Resourcers, including the development of capability across the team
- Develop and drive the utilisation of workforce planning reporting/ supporting analytics to support all talent activities in region
- Develop and evolve Critical Skills process and related talent strategies
- Lead the recruitment of Senior or key positions / Strategic Hiring SME including driving key stakeholder engagement and mentoring senior hiring managers
- Data analytics and project management
- Transformation and process improvement
- Partner with members of the HR team to ensure delivery of Business and Talent Priorities

**About you**:

- You are an experienced Talent leader with a passion for development and delivery of Talent Acquisition solutions, along with refined stakeholder management and influencing skills within complex matrixed environment. You enjoy the challenge of delivering strategic solutions, but also want to have fun, build enduring relationships and continue your learning journey to realise your own development and growth.**Additionally, you will have**:

- Demonstrated experience leading and building teams with capability at all levels
- Extensive experience developing and delivering Human Resource and Talent strategies across; Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Workforce planning, Bids/Captures.
- Extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition principles across transactional, volume and contractor recruitment
- Understanding and interest in maturing Early Careers programs
- Extensive understanding of Integrated Talent Management principles, to be utilised in talent planning activities e.g. talent gaps, market data, knowledge gaps
- Solid experience project managing Talent aspects of complex and business critical programs

**Special Requirements**:

- NV1 or eligibility for security clearance
