- Our client is a leading Multinational CropScience Solutions Company, who is looking for a Broadacre Specialist to join their busy team in their Agricultural market segment. - You will be responsible for the ongoing commercial result of the Australian Broadacre portfolio in the sales territory within the Broadacre team. Support key end user customers, agronomists, advisors, and consultants, drive end user demand and drive adoption of new innovations for the entire Broadacre portfolio.**_Responsibilities _**
- _Implement the Broadacre territory planning and customer management systems with the role requiring frequent customer (end-user and influencer) contactFacilitate the introduction and launch transition of our client’s products into the market _
- _To develop and drive with entrepreneurial spirit, demand generation plans to achieve maximum sales within selling costs budget Liaise with and deliver training activities to Broadacre Specialists _
- _Responsible for all after sales service _
- _Provide market information to allow the prioritisation of development and marketing projects _
- _Implement, educational, merchandising and promotional programs including participating in industry events _
- _Create and maintain excellent relationships amongst targeted end-users, and key influencers in the assigned area _

**_Requirements _**:
**_Education / Experience / Skills _**
- _Undergraduate degree in Business, Science, Agriculture or related field or relevant sales and customer management experience _
- _Effective relationship management skills to work with a range of groups, together with an understanding of the need for tact and diplomacy in all interactions _
- _Ability to manage time, territory, expenses and company business with mínimal supervision _
- _A strong sense of responsibility, measured by the individual’s capacity to meet deadlines. Driven to succeed and grow business opportunities for the betterment of the entire team _
