An exciting opportunity exists for an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our Education and Quality team in this ongoing part time position. This dynamic role is responsible for a broad range of administrative functions. A typical day may involve;
- Management of reception including; answering main switchboard and directing calls or taking messages; greeting staff and students and screening and addressing general queries
- Coordination of the accommodation booking service

This position interacts with staff, students, education stakeholders and other health services and requires a friendly, professional and efficient team player.

About you
- Experience working in a front reception administrative role with competing demands
- Proven ability to provide timely and efficient administrative support
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- A personal approach which is positive, enthusiastic, and helpful
- Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and online platforms
