**About the role**

Reporting to the Warehouse Production Manager this role will effectively manage warehousing processes supporting finished goods production and dispatch requirements to achieve key safety, quality, people and performance targets with a strong focus on meeting logistics customer orders in full on time.
- Prioritising and developing shift resources to maximise operational efficiencies.
- Identifying, communicating, and overseeing implementation of improvement opportunities in safety, quality, and warehouse operation efficiencies.
- Problem solving issues and addressing them on shift as per standards and regulations.
- Identify counselling / discipline issues, and respectfully resolve them following TWE policies
- Ensure customer requirements are met by accurate and timely processing of all required orders.
- Ensure that inventory levels are maintained at an acceptable level

**About you**

With proven leadership experience in warehouse / production or manufacturing environments you will have excellent communication and prioritisation skills.
- Wine Industry Package qualifications complete to AQF level 3, or equivalent experience.
- Front line Management qualification
- High Risk Licence (Forklift)
- Understanding of all warehousing operations
- Strong people leadership and IR skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sound organisational and project management skills
- Process management experience
- Investigative and negotiation skills
