**A little about the role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Application Support Manager to join our team whose focus is driving customer excellence, urgency, integrity and accountability throughout the team whilst maintaining a positive and fun culture.

As the Application Support Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Develop and implement support strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance service quality and efficiency.
