**About the Role**:
It’s an exciting time within Olympus as we shape our IT function into a Global IT operating model. As such, we are seeking to appoint a full time **Multi Domain Business Relationship Manager (BRM)** to join our Global IT / Business Relationship Management Function team. The function is Global, and we will have a number of BRM’s based within the regions.
Reporting to the Regional Head of IT APAC, you will be responsible for:
- Be the central point of contact and for the technology demand from all related Stakeholders in Australia, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and for selected business domains regionally.
- Foster, shape, and manage the business demand for IT/Technology investment in the region across the respective domains, countries, and business units in alignment with the global IT strategy.
- Select the appropriate approach to meet the businesses’ needs and manage dependencies between domains. Ensure prioritized demand is translated into valid IT solutions and clearly defined projects.
- Ensure that project benefit definition is measurable and actionableprior to project rollout, and ensure the necessary benefit tracking after delivery
- Run an internal voice of internal customer process to evaluate satisfaction levels with the IT service delivery and identify improvements required in IT/Business Units.
- Coach executive business stakeholders and their direct reports to raise their digital literacy continuously. Enable them to articulate technology needs and requirements that will advance business performance.
**Role location**:
Whilst we are a truly global organisation, the location of this role must be based in Australia.

**What we are looking for**:
You will consider yourself to be a proactive, achievement-orientated and a determined individual with:
- Experience in successfully managing multiple international executive stakeholders.
- Strong listening and influencing skills across different cultures at all levels of the organization.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or Business Administration.
- Several years of experience as an IT Department/Team Manager or Senior IT Consultant in one or more functional domain.
- Strong background in both solution consulting and implementation/support across a broad range of functional domains and solutions.
- Deep expertise in value creation, demand planning, and portfolio management activities.
- Good working understanding of major business processes, key performance indicators, best-in-class practices, business, and technology trends in one or more functional domain.
- Experience with new digital-driven customer solutions in the medical or discrete manufacturing industries would be a plus.
