**About Us**:
Over the past few years we’ve built an incredible 3D showroom tool that helps our Volume Home Builder customers shop stairs like they’re on the Iconic. We’re looking for our champion to help us launch and maintain this at our biggest customers - Australia’s leading volume builders. You’ll be our brand face at colour rooms, training interior designers and always being available to lend a friendly helping hand.

We’re looking for an excellent** Account Specialist** who can make our biggest partnerships sing. Build close relationships with selection studio heads, train staff on our product and awesome visualizer, and do lots of catch ups and entertaining. This isn’t a hard sales role - but we do think the best results come from being the very best at being there for our customers. Responding to their problems and becoming close companions.

**Your Mission**:
- Be the go-to guru for interior design consultants from various volume home builders, providing top-notch training and systems support during colour selection appointments.
- Keep studio staff in the loop with ongoing training on S&A Stairs' systems.
- Keep the communication lines open and friendly with clients, ensuring they’re updated on potential issues or delays.
- Spot and seize new sales opportunities like a pro.
- Work closely with volume home builders’ sales teams to meet customer needs and gather feedback.
- Get ready for some travel fun Quarterly trips to various volume builders and interstate travel for training are on the horizon as the role expands.
**What You’ll Bring**:
- A solid understanding of the building industry (bonus points for experience with volume builders).
- An enthusiastic, can-do attitude and the drive to grow this role.
- Stellar communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High-level computer skills.
- A current Australian driver’s license.
- Experience with project management tool ASANA (a plus but not a dealbreaker).
