Wonderful entry point into a CX career Join a successful Australian-owned retail food business in a newly created Customer Service Assistant role. Reporting to the Customer Experience Manager you will act as the public face of the brand interacting with customers daily across digital, platform and direct channels. A natural “people-person” you are a gifted communicator able to deliver excellent customer service, problem solve solutions and consider ways in which the customer experience can be optimised and improved.
In your role you’ll work across a variety of channels that enable customer feedback - social media, survey responses, 3rd party platforms, reviews. You will be a point of contact for feedback and resolution but also distil information for the business providing feedback to the Operations Team and Franchise partners on issues that arise.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need an energetic, enthusiastic attitude and wonderful verbal and written communication skills. You put customers’ needs first and are able to work independently with a good grasp on digital technology. Experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced retail environment is preferred.
