**About the role**

***
We are seeking an experienced Quality manager to join our team on the METRONET Midland Station project as part of the Midland Junction Alliance.
- As Quality Manager with experiences in Interfaces and Assurance, this role will ensure compliance with endorsed procedures and Management Plans and providing support to Construction and Engineering for the Project Completion activities.
- Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Identify Non-compliances and instigate corrective actions as required.
- Establish Supplier/Subcontractor quality requirements and include in subcontract documents.
- Prepare and maintain the Project Audit Schedule in consultation with the Group Quality and Audit Managers.
- Establish and plan the controls for inspection and testing of construction works, materials and equipment onsite and offsite.
- Identify project hold, witness points, and incorporate those into applicable ITPs and assist in providing suitably qualified personnel to meet the inspection and test requirements nominated on the ITP.
- Promote quality awareness with project personnel to successfully achieve the quality objectives of the project.
