Danford College is looking for an Advertising Specialist to join our team. Ideal applicants must have experience in dealing with international students as well as an understanding of the Australian Qualification Framework and vocational education sector.

**ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create marketing plans
- providing guidance to executives and clients on advertising plans and campaigns that will reach target markets, raise awareness among consumers, and successfully highlight the benefits of goods and services
- Creating, organising, and implementing advertising strategies and campaigns to promote business goals.
- Co-ordinate service required for events including but not limited to printing, signage, catering, displays, decoration
- Data segmentation for marketing campaign use;
- Supporting the sales team in the creation of dashboards end reports;
- Coordinate monthly quarterly, annual and ad hoc data analysis;
- Providing outstanding customer service to the company’s clients
- organising the creation of advertising campaigns that involve specialised tasks including artwork, copywriting, media scripting, television and film production, and media placement within the limits of time and money.
- analysing consumer behaviour and choice data
- analysing and foreseeing upcoming consumer trends
- Collecting and analysing data and other statistical data to support business growth and development through the creation and implementation of marketing objectives, policies, and programmes; studying prospective demand and market characteristics for new products and services;
- consulting on all aspects of marketing, such as ordering and conducting market research to find market potential for new and existing products and services.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Commerce/Business, Marketing, PR/Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of advertising and marketing experience across paid/organic social, SEM and/or affiliates.
- Deep understanding of analytics with a proven track record of using data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication skills, as well as stakeholder management experience required
- Great attention to detail and excellent organization skills are a must
- Facebook Business Manager and social media scheduling and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to create content for multiple social channels.
- A proactive team player with strong project management skills

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
