**About the Role**:
Coles continues to embark on a journey of vertical integration to deliver on our vision of becoming the most trusted retailer in Australia. Our newly established Fresh Milk team will play a key role in delivering high-quality, great value produce and will work collaboratively with our suppliers, distribution centre and stores to support our people, customers and communities. The Continuous Improvement lead will play a key role in supporting our fresh milk production team by ensuring that we can continue to deliver high quality fresh milk produce to all Australians.

**About the Team**:
Coles has recently acquired two automated milk processing facilities and we are looking for a Continuous Improvement Manager to support us in establishing and growing our fresh milk production team

Oversee the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives across our VIC and NSW sites with a focus on increased efficiency, waste reduction and improve quality.

You will also:

- Lead and facilitate continuous improvement projects across the organization, including Lean Six Sigma and other process improvement methodologies
- Develop and deliver training programs to support continuous improvement initiatives and promote a culture of continuous improvement
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees at all levels of the organization on continuous improvement principles and methodologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance, reduce waste, and increase efficiency
- Lead and grow a zero-harm culture on site which ensures that all stakeholders are able to operate across the site with zero risk to their health, safety & wellbeing

**About you and your Skills**:
You will have:

- 5+ years of experience in implementing and leading continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in delivering multiple projects across a large, complex organisation
- Strong stakeholder management experience
- Strong knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools
