Manager, People and Culture

This critical position supports a safe and inclusive workplace that fosters wellbeing, engagement, and productivity with contemporary people practices. The Manager will lead the consistent and effective processes for the management of day-to-day people and culture activities e.g., recruitment and onboarding, performance management, learning and development, including resource allocation and issue prioritisation and escalation.
Respect Victoria
Respect Victoria was established as a Statutory Authority under the Prevention of Family Violence Act 2018 on the 4th October 2018. We have a broad focus on the primary prevention of family violence and violence against women in Victoria, and work collaboratively with stakeholders to provide state-wide leadership to create social, institutional, organisational and community change.
Essential qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in human resources, learning and organisational development, business management or a related field will be well regarded.
Essential specialist expertise
- Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary people and culture practices and the ability to lead a team in responding to stakeholders needs, emerging issues and providing advice to clients across the organisation
- Demonstrated experience in project and change management to deliver specific outcomes.
Location of work?
Melbourne CBD. Currently flexible working arrangements are in place (working in office at least 2 days per week).
