This is a unique and exciting role for a person with strong customer services skills and who enjoys helping others. You will be trained and involved in providing a 5-star service for our 5-star law firm to all who contact Henry Carus + Associates. Ultimately, you will be responsible for nurturing the relationships of those within our HC+A community. The responsibilities of a Community Relationships Coordinator (CRC) include a variety of activities but are not limited to:

- Learning and managing our law firm’s client referral process of enquiries and determine the best referral course of action.
- Maintaining contact with individuals referred on by following up on their success to obtain legal help.
- Tracking, reviewing, and managing referral partner firms, inbound and outbound.
- Identifying other potential business opportunities and marketing avenues.
- Managing distribution of tokens of appreciation and gifting to third parties and referees such as other law firms and medical organisations.
- Assisting with feedback received by the marketing team; aiding to resolve any matters where possible.
- Tracking and managing of communication to those clients who may be entitled to Medical & Like Services, and/or Total Permanent Disability claims.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
Being a newly created role, all areas of experience, skills and qualifications will be considered. Some of the below listed are of value:

- A minimum of 12 months experience in a legal administrative or business services position is desirable.
- And/or a background in professional client services or customer service will also be a bonus.
- Certificate, Diploma and/or Degree qualifications in Legal, Business, Management, Marketing or Sales areas are a great advantage also.
- Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Good time-management skills to organize and coordinate multiple projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, including MS Excel and MS PowerPoint at an intermediate level.

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
