Within Western Australia, Sodexo is responsible for the operations, maintenance, and refurbishment of non-process infrastructure to clients within the mining and oil & gas sector. Sodexo plays a critical role in ensuring the resource sector can operate by providing quality catering, hospitality, and facilities maintenance services.

**Job Description**:
Reporting to the Planning and Scheduling Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to help establish a scheduling culture within a diverse portfolio. We are in the portion to offer up two roles to help our site team support the clients.

The roles can be located in our Balcatta office on a Monday to Friday arrangement with an expectations of site visits or on a 5:2:4:3 roster (Monday to Friday (5:2) in the Balcatta office, Monday to Thursday (4:3) the following week on site)

**What you'll be responsible for**
- Weekly Scheduling of trades to your assigned site
- Assist work teams to coordinate works and reducing mobilisation costs
- Drive the weekly scheduling pattern as determined by the Planning lead
- Coordinate external subcontractors.

**Qualifications**:
**What you'll need to be successful**
- Demonstrated experience in maintenance scheduling of houses and buildings (NPI, utilities, industrial facilities, etc)
- Recent exposure to maintenance teams and work orders (trade background preferred but not essential)
- Demonstrated experience in developing schedules.
- Advanced knowledge of database, spreadsheets
- Experience within Oil and Gas Industry (preferred)
- Ability to travel to site in order to establish the scheduling culture.
