**See yourself in the team**:
Our ServiceNow team are responsible for the build and maintenance of enterprise scale ServiceNow Platform serving multiple capabilities across the bank including ITSM/ITOM, IRM, SecOps, and Employee workflow modules.

You’ll lead a squad of Engineers, work with our Crew Tech leads and Product Owners to ensure the availability and reliability of the platform, embed SRE principles like eliminating toil for the team. This role will also drive the adoption of CI/CD, test automation, and technical debt management of the platform. As an Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for enabling the team to troubleshoot technical issues, ensuring compliance with established standards and policies and contributing to a positive team environment. You will have a strong background in Run/Support management, familiarity with ServiceNow platform management and a passion for staying current with emerging technologies and trends. Your team comprises approximately 10-15 Engineers. This is chance to support a critical platform that is driving transformational changes across the group, specifically in Technology enablement.

**We are interested in hearing from people who**:

- Drives the ServiceNow platform Releases, Environment management, and deployment and testing processes
- Are responsible for providing leadership, knowledge, and oversight to the ServiceNow Platform team, ensuring alignment to industry best practices and business strategy
- Works closely with the ServiceNow Leadership team to align and prioritize tasks, review operational metrics related to the ServiceNow platform with the business and key stakeholders and actively involved in the overarching platform governance
- Have experience in running large scale software releases

**Tech skills**:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure with some of these, or a willing to learn these skillsets, (or equivalents) will set you up for success in this team
- Experience in managing software releases (mandatory)
- ServiceNow Platform governance
- Technical aspects of Service Now module implementations /support, integrations
- Stakeholder management, Business communication skills
