We’re looking for a seasoned **Marketing Manager** with strong leadership to take the reigns of the state-based team, learning from the current Marketing Manager who is on a fixed-term contract until the end of June 2023. The transition period will give you a solid foundation to learn a new business and hit the ground running as we shape up to shake up the QLD residential building industry.

Reporting directly to our GM Marketing, this is a full-time opportunity, based in our Springwood support office.

**Make an immediate impact**:

- Development and implementation of the annual state marketing plan
- Lead the new display centre opening program and new estate planning
- Product development project management
- Deep dive customer insights and business data to drive innovative marketing initiatives
- Budget and stakeholder management

**About You**:

- Strong, empathetic, and experienced leader that leads from the front
- Passionate and skilled in differentiating a brand in a market renowned for a sea of sameness
- High performer that is goal orientated and loves to be challenged to achieve commercial outcomes
- An excellent communicator with strong project management skills who thrives in bringing people together to achieve a collective objective
- Happy to roll up the sleeves and get a job done, with a team-first attitude whose cup is filled by helping others
- You take ownership and are resilient, with the vigour to keep contributing new ideas
- You thrive in a dynamic fast-paced environment and are able to multi-task whilst maintaining a clear eye for detail at every step
- Qualified with a marketing and/or business degree, with a minimum of 7 years experience and maybe even worked in a residential property business before
