Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity for an Inventory Manager to join our high performing and progressive team. This is a role with great career scope and the ability to work with a strong and passionate peer network.

**What you'll be doing**

As an Inventory Manager at Kmart you will:

- Implement action plans by undertaking regular and proactive analysis of merchandise performance in order to maximise the departments financial outcomes.
- Ensure system parameters and capabilities are analysed and managed effectively to drive optimal state and store inventory level.
- Collaboratively build inventory management strategies
- Review and maintain the integrity of Demand and Fulfilment Settings and parameters
- Analyst reporting to drive data driven outcomes
- Develop PIR and review process in line with inventory governance structure

**To be successful in this team you will have**:

- Sound knowledge of Inventory Management (within a retail environment would be an advantage)
- Bachelor Degree in Inventory/Finance/Commerce or similar
- High degree of Excel knowledge and experience with Power BI
- Demonstrated Business Analysis experience
- Experience in Allocations, Demand and Fulfilment systems
- Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Ability to influence and engage effectively with stakeholders
- Experience within Retail/Wholesale/Manufacturing, Merchandise Planning
- Proven ability to execute action plan deliverables in a timely manner
- Project Management and Supply Chain experience
