About the role

The dietitian role is client centred, based on meeting client’s individual needs which can include physical and mental health, psychosocial and environmental needs. The role targets clients with a focus on complex conditions and or chronic disease. This includes active participation in the interdisciplinary case conferences for optimal care to the right patient at the right time.

The Dietitian role manages a clinical case load of clients, with clinical prioritisation to facilitate smooth patient flow within the service. The Dietitian proactively supports access and flow to meet the needs of client and program.

About you

**To be successful in this role you will possess**:
Eligible for membership of the Dietitians Australia (DA) and the Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) programme

Holder of a current Driver’s Licence

Well consolidated post-graduate experience

Demonstrated high level of written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrated ability to develop evidence based and innovative dietetic services

The ability to work as part of a diverse team

Excellent computer literacy and I.T. skills.
