What’s the role ?

As a part of the Motoring & Home Services Talent Partner team, your focus will be on filling various positions in the Perth metro area. You'll be instrumental in propelling Mechanics (Workshop and Mobile Mechanics), Vehicle Detailers/Drivers, Centre Development Managers, and Service Advisors to the next level of their careers. Your mission? Showcase why we're an employer of choice and the advantages of working for an organization that genuinely cares about its people. Plus, you'll oversee the annual Apprentices Intake Program and contribute to our Auto Services growth project, supporting the launch of new Auto Service Centres.

What we are looking for ?
- Proven experience in internal Talent Acquisition with a blue-collar focus
- Extensive experience in collaborating with stakeholders across various locations
- Natural ability to build rapport, consult, and influence
- Strong grasp of 'end-to-end' recruitment best practices, including arranging medicals and validating trade qualifications
- Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, even in challenging market conditions
- A positive, motivated, collaborative, and adaptable approach
- A knack for generating innovative ideas to attract and retain top talent
- Ability to immerse yourself in the industry and understand what makes great talent tick
- Experience with Workday Recruiter, LinkedIn Recruiter, and LinkedIn Talent Insights (preferred but not essential)
