Looking for a rewarding and dynamic role in the community? Look no further than Anglicare NSW, South, West & ACT We are currently seeking an Out of School Hours Care Assistant Coordinator to join our vibrant and inclusive team.

**The opportunity**

As our Out of School Hours Care Assistant Coordinator, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our out-of-school care programs run smoothly and safely. You'll be working with children and families from diverse backgrounds, and you'll need to be able to communicate effectively with people from all walks of life.

Working with the Coordinator and Educational Leader, you will research and implement innovative practices that promote quality outcomes for children. As second in charge you will work together on the day-to-day management operations as well as provide guidance on practices to the team of Educators.

**About you**

We're looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate about helping children grow and learn. You'll need to have excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have a strong commitment to child safety. A Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or higher will be required.
