**Fresh Chilled Manager**
**The Fresh Chilled Manager role exists to ensure optimal CFC operational performance across Inventory Management and Replenishment activities in Perishables and Meat. This role will lead, manage, and support a team to provide an exceptional level of service to all online customers by ensuring stock is available when required to support picking of Online orders.
**This role will involve close collaboration with the Replenishment Manager and reports into the Fresh Food Manager.

**As the Fresh Chilled Manager, your key responsibilities will be to**:
**Spend time with the Perishables and Meat teams to motivate, manage, and guide them to deliver results and drive best practice in the CFC**
**Lead the team to ensure good PI levels are maintained, overstocks are controlled, management of promotional screens, and fulfillment of Business to Business orders**
**Review stock loss daily with the out of code team to give the customer the freshest stock but also maintain profit**
**Review OOS reports daily to determine how we can improve availability to the customer**
**Collaborate with our Online Commercial and Online Replenishment teams to improve customer satisfaction, through range changes and managing stock levels**
**Identify and develop talent in the CFC to build a talent pipeline for our Woolworths Group**
**Engage with other CFC teams to share best practice

**When you will be needed**
**This is a full time position requiring flexible availability to work as per business needs, including overnight and weekend shifts.
