**Multimedia Designer**

They are seeking a talented Multimedia Designer to join their team and support their marketing and sales efforts with cutting-edge multimedia content. The role is full time and ongoing.

**Position Overview**: The Multimedia Designer will play a crucial role in developing engaging multimedia content that enhances marketing campaigns and supports the marketing team and sales staff. This role requires a creative individual with a strong technical background, capable of producing high-quality visual content tailored to our investment-focused audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Design and produce a variety of multimedia content, including videos, animations, graphics, and interactive media, to support marketing and sales initiatives.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing team to develop concepts and designs that align with our strategic goals and brand identity.
- **Campaign Support**: Create compelling multimedia assets for use in digital marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and promotional materials.
- **Project Management**: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- **Brand Consistency**: Ensure all multimedia content maintains consistency with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- **Innovation**: Stay updated with the latest multimedia design trends and technologies and incorporate them into creative processes.

**Key Selection Criteria**:

- **Qualifications**: A bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, or agreed substitute.
- **Experience**: Experience (at least 2 to 3 years, preferably more) in a fast-paced digital and design marketing environment, preferably within the investment or financial services sector with verifiable time management skills.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in office and multimedia software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop) and a strong understanding of video production and animation techniques.
- **Creativity**: Demonstrated creative skills with the ability to generate innovative and visually appealing multimedia content.
- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Time Management**: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- **Driver’s license**
