You will be a part of the BB Agility Chapter Area specifically aligned the Merchants Domain.

The Merchants domain purpose is to help businesses grow beyond payments. Simplicity, flexibility, reliability and choice - with frictionless integration to support businesses.

**Do work that matters**

In this role you will take ownership of Scrums within the Payment Services Utility area as we work on several Technology initiatives that will help our customers and communities. You will run Daily Stand-Up’s, sprint planning, retro action points and keep track of Jira user stories as part of this role.
- Increase squad effectiveness, by aiding the Squad to identify, raise and remove internal and external blockers that impede the squads progress and flow of work or velocity.
- Support adherence to key agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up Sprint Review and Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement.
- Coach 1-2 squads on delivery capability and delivery maturity to deliver high-value quality customer outcomes.
- Drive self-organisation and cross-skilling within the squad.
- Coach and influence change to increase the flow of valuable outcomes through the squad.
- Hold the squad to account to maintain a healthy dynamic with their Product Owner to build alignment in values and approach.
- Drive squad effectiveness and continuous improvement efforts by monitoring metrics including sprint burn down, release burn up and squad health.
- Participate and provide support to the Agility Practice.
- Consult with squad members and stakeholders on how best to work with the squad.

- Are proven Scrum Masters with strong experience in coaching and delivery
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Possess experience in Technology projects
- Are experienced with Jira and other Agile related tools
- Have influencing skills - able to impact change across multiple stakeholder groups
