One of Australia's Federal Government departments are looking to engage an experience **ITSM Specialist** to undertake CMDB, help desk and asset management and assist the department in developing a cost effective business case and project plan. The successful** ITSM Specialist **will be offered a **12** month contract + extension**
The successful** ITSM Specialist** will be responsible for but not limited to:
- Defining organisational processes and controls designed to deliver ITSM services to meet business objectives
- Continuously optimise existing Dynamics 365 solutions for performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Demonstrable skills in evaluating existing IT performance against best practices and optimization opportunities
The successful **ITSM Specialist** will have the following:
- Exceptional experience assessing, planning and implementing IT Service Management processes, software and tools.
- Data analytical, communication and written skills, and the ability to present complex technical concepts and issues to non technical audiences.
- Experience in programming languages like Java, C# and SQL and technologies like cloud computing and DevOps
