**About The Role**

Our client is seeking a talented and dynamic individual to join their team as a Key Account Manager. You will be working with a closeknit team and managing the number 1 cosmetic brand globally as an account. No day will be the same in this dynamic role where you will be managing multiple projects at a time and ensuring that all stakeholders are being managed appropriately, both internally and externally. You will be based in their office in Truganina with one day a week, on-site with the key account.

**Responsibilities***
- Collaborating and supporting the launch of market leading, innovative and sustainable retail merchandising systems for the number 1 cosmetic brands in the world
- Possess a strong business acumen.
- Take direction from the production, design and project managers on issues relating to the achievement of our intended plans and product outcomes
- Assume commercial responsibility from a price and consistency perspective
- Identify growth opportunities and create strategic account plans to maximize revenue and market share.
- Develop innovative solutions, joint-business plans, and effectively implement and execute those strategies.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to help you manage all internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Market management and fulfilment of appropriate no of customer/prospect visits in line with Company sales code
**Requirements***
- Essential: Understanding of retail sales, attention to detail, Microsoft excel, client facing sales or project management experience
- At least 2 years sales experience as Key Account Manager or in similar role.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Analytical mindset - experience in dissecting data and using business tools to identify opportunities for growth.
- Operational skills - prioritising resources, coordinating and managing all projects, internally & externally.
- Result driven approach.
- Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Be creative, being a person who loves to bring ideas to the table, show willingness to input and add value
