Our client is a fast-growing boutique firm with its head office located in the Blacktown/Parramatta area. The firm is a specialist Personal Injury Law firm.

There is a rare position available for a Paralegal to join their top-tier personal injury legal team. It is a collegiate team and they are motivated to grow careers and enjoy success. The position is available for 4-5 days per week and University students who are 2 years away from graduating are welcome to apply.

For the role, you must have prior Paralegal experience with workers' compensation, motor vehicle accidents, public liability, work injury damage etc.

- Competitive salary range of $65,000 to $80,000 pending your experience. $80,000 range is moreso for a Career Paralegal.

**What you will be focusing on**:

- Property and conveyancing, leases, wills, commercial litigation etc
- Drafting general correspondence (e.g. letter of Advice, briefing letter to barristers);
- Liaising with clients;
- Preparing Cost Schedules;
- Legal research tasks;
- Reviewing and/or creating case summaries and articles; and
- Other adhoc tasks as required.

**Skills and Experience Required**:

- Minimum final year of Bachelor of Laws or equivalent;
- Available to work 4 days or more a week
- Previous experience as a legal assistant or paralegal with Personal Injury Law experience
- Excellent attention to detail together with strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Well-developed time management skills;
- A willingness to learn, a positive approach and strong initiative.
