**DESIGN CONSULTANT**

**What You'll Do**:

- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, user needs, and design requirements.
- Conduct user research, create personas, and develop user journeys to inform the design process.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate design concepts and solutions.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Provide expert design guidance and recommendations to clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Conduct design workshops and presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from clients.
- Iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing, and data-driven insights.

**Who You Are**:

- A seasoned design professional with a solid portfolio showcasing your expertise in user-centric design and problem-solving.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software.
- Experience in conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing user journeys.
- Strong understanding of UX principles and the ability to translate them into visually appealing and intuitive designs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player who can work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in an agile environment.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on the latest design trends and best practices.
