We are seeking a
**experienced Technical Facility Manager** to join

a global leader in Facility Management services. You will be working with a dedicated team for one of their major clients,
**a leader within telecommunications.**

This is a
**broad** and
**varied** position where you will provide technical support to the operations team, overseeing a range of reactive and planned maintenance activities to ensure facilities remain in a safe and serviceable condition.
**Using your knowledge and expertise** you will be analysing technical issues, conducting risk assessments and
**providing innovative solutions** to improve asset performance across various network sites in Sydney.
- **3 month temporary assignment commencing early January 2023**:

- **Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week**:

- Largely **based between x2 sites in Castle Hill and Blacktown** with occasional attendance required at x9 other network sites in Sydney
- This is a **diverse portfolio** and as a result you will **occasionally be required to assist with after hours work**

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Oversea critical project work and provide technical solutions to establish building compliance and asset maintenance frameworks
- Effectively manage contractors and suppliers to ensure deadlines are met & work quality is compliant in accordance with the contract requirements
- Develop appropriate scopes of work and facilitate planning for prescribed maintenance and service in line with tendered obligations
- Preform risk assessments and/or job hazard analysis ensuring proper equipment and resources are available to perform project work
- Maintain a current knowledge of OHS & E policies and procedures
- Monitor contract performance and promote continuous improvement
- Provide afterhours support in the event of critical failures and/or planned remediation work

**About You**:

- Prior experience in **Facilities, Engineering or Building Management** working with technical assets
- Control of major facilities or projects with multiple sites.
- **People management skills** over a dispersed portfolio
- Strong client focus and customer experience mindset essential
- **Trade qualified (Mechanical/Electrical)**

This role will suit a proactive, self - motivated professional with the
