Additional Information:

- These roles are permanent part-time, 24hrs-40hrs/fortnight.
- As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts, where the spread of hours will be between 7am to 7pm. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).

**About this work area**

As Sales Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Engaging and assist customers in understanding their needs and providing your knowledge on IKEA products and services to support their purchasing decisions.
- Actively participating in selling products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Maintaining a clean and organised sales area, ensuring all products are properly priced and fully stocked.
- Building strong relationships with your team and other departments to promote a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

As Sales Co-worker you are:

- Passionate about learning and sharing the IKEA product range with customers.
- Able to prioritise multiple tasks and are comfortable with on-the-job physical activity.
- Able to adopt a customer-focused mindset and strive to deliver a memorable shopping experience.
