As the **Data Management Lead **you will support our client, a key Defence agency, in guiding the strategic development and implementation of change management strategies for a critical program of work. This program aims to deliver tangible outcomes and drive meaningful change in redefining approaches within the capability lifecycle.

To succeed in this endeavour, you will:

- Establish and implement robust data governance frameworks to ensure effective data management and compliance.
- Define and oversee data quality standards, including roles, policies, and procedures for managing authoritative data.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory compliance and relevant standards related to data management.
- Design and implement processes for data quality assurance, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring techniques.Conduct audits and recommend improvements to enhance data accuracy and reliability.

Our work is highly complex and confidential, so there are some things you must have to fulfil this role:

- Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive data governance frameworks.
- Proven ability to define roles, policies, and procedures for data management.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards related to data management.
- Experience in conducting data quality audits and recommending improvements.You must have the ability to obtain and maintain an NV1 clearance.
