EARL is a premium Melbourne-based, quick-service cafe group, established in 2010 with an enviable reputation for quality and the very best service.

We have a rare vacancy for a Catering Coordinator to join our Head Office team based in Cremorne, 3121.

This role is a full-time position and the first point of contact for catering orders and online inquiries. As such, we are looking for an EARL brand ambassador who can provide exceptional service and a seamless, efficient experience for our predominantly corporate clientele.

Our new catering coordinator will
- Have some previous hospitality/events or customer service experience
- Enjoy a dynamic working environment - Office based but with a busy commercial kitchen on site
- Be organised, methodical and good at prioritising demands
- Be food-savvy, and have an understanding of dietary requirements
- Be focussed on building lasting client relationships
- Show initiative and be proactive in finding solutions - Customer focussed
- Be computer-literate (experience with Mac preferred)
- Have full-time availability, Monday - Friday

We use “FoodStorm” and “Cooking the Books” software, previous experience with these programs would be amazing, however, full training will be provided for the right person.
