**Used Car Reconditioning Workshop Manager - Automotive Dealership**

This position requires you to oversee the **Used Car Reconditioning workshop** including engaging with Fitters and Technicians to ensure that efficiency and productivity targets are achieved in line with company KPI’s.

Ensure a **high standard** of quality fitment and service work is maintained. You will be responsible for the growth of the workshop's technical skill, by sharing your industry knowledge and experience.

This **high-volume fast paced reconditioning centre** is servicing no less than 250 vehicles per month, with a focus on customer satisfaction**.**

With constant growth in this dealership now has an opportunity for a **Used Car Reconditioning Workshop Manager **to join our team.

**Position Description**
- Assist with the workshop continuity of repairs, and servicing.
- Support the team to reach and achieve workshop budgets and targets.
- Monitor and follow-up fitment processes for complete customer satisfaction.
- Cultivate clear and open communication between the workshop and the Sales team.
- Maintain a productive working environment within the Workshop.
- Monitor, record, and identify the cause of vehicle carryover and reworks.
- Allocate workload to technicians to ensure repairs are done in a timely manner.

Servicing and repairing multiple brands within the workshop with 6 Techs and Trade assistants.

**Attractive Remuneration** package - **Salary of $80000- $90000** per year + Super (commensurate with experience)

Hours of work - 7.30am to 4.30pm with a half hour lunch break.

Mon - Friday working week.

- Current drivers’ license.
- Strong commitment towards safe work practices.
- Good written and verbal communications skills and able to use them appropriately at a variety of levels.
- Able to work within tight repair time schedules.
- Previous** **Experience or Qualified Technician would be highly regarded.
- Developed mechanical knowledge.
- Reliability and punctuality are your strong points.
- Ability to follow dealership procedures consistently.
